About Rose

Rose is a Provisional Psychologist who is supportive, compassionate and takes a person-centred approach. It is important to Rose to be genuine in therapy and to establish a trusting and supportive environment for clients. She believes that effective therapy adapts to the individual.

Rose’s approach involves developing insight and understanding around the difficulties a person is facing. She works with individuals to set shared goals, develop practical solutions to their problems, and work alongside them to create a rich and meaningful life. Rose employs a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Rose works with adults, adolescents, and children, as well as running group information and training sessions in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Rose is completing her sixth and final year of psychological studies, is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Rose’s session costs reflect this and are currently $80 a session.
